TC50A-LR Multi-Purpose Long Range Clip-on Weapon Sight Kit

TC50A-LR Multi-Purpose Long Range Clip-on Weapon Sight Kit

  • 640 x 512,  17 micron FLIR Thermal Core
  • 50mm lens
  • Hand-held or helmet-mountable

The TC50A-LR kit is based on popular and proven TC50A universal thermal clip-on but it is specifically designed for use with sniper rifles and machine guns, such as M240B and M2.  The system features increased detection, recognition, and identification (DRI) ranges.  TC50A-LR kit includes a high-performance Germanium 3X magnifier lens that significantly increases DRI performance during target detection and observation.  TC50-LR can be used as a clip-on or a dedicated thermal weapon sight with four user-selectable reticles specific for M240B, M2, and other popular weapon types.

The TC50A-LR attaches in front of a standard day scope on a MIL-STD-1913 (Picatinny rail), allowing the flexibility to use the sight on multiple weapons. The TC50A-LR is fully collimated to maintain boresight with the day optic, eliminating the need to re-zero, when attached or detached from the weapon.  Standard 2x and 4x digital zoom enables clear identification of targets before engaging.

The TC50A-LR provides a significant advantage in detecting, observing and engaging targets in all conditions, day or night while giving the user the most weapon functionality and application. The TC50A-LR is easy to operate with ergonomic and clearly marked digital controls.
