Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
• Lead follow-up, prospecting, and developing leads into sales opportunities while exceeding sales targets and developing customer relationships
• Assist in the creation of new business with new accounts by establishing personal contact with technical and purchasing decision makers in the specified markets
• Make approximately 30 calls per day to new leads or leads in process to introduce our night vision products or move a deal toward close
• Develop technical expertise to drive sales opportunities
• Other business tasks as required

Professional Profile:
• Must have a bachelor’s degree
• Military service a plus
• Different combinations of sales, military, law enforcement and technical experience will be considered

Personal Profile:
• Must be an organized and self-directed professional, with the ability to develop trust and the persistence to close business over a long sales cycle
• Fast learner with the ability to learn, understand, and explain technical concepts
• Strong willingness to be coached and learn our way of doing business
• Should be comfortable cold calling or presenting technical information to government purchasing agents, law enforcement professionals and company executives
• Must be pro-active, high-energy, results oriented, and ‘hungry’
• Must embrace a team selling approach
• Entrepreneurial and more comfortable at smaller firms, not big companies
